Not Only Announce Prices At IIMS, BYD Also Gives Guarantee From 6 To 8 Years For Electric Cars

JAKARTA - BYD has officially stuck its nails in the Indonesian automotive market through the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2024 by selling three electric vehicle (EV) models, namely Dolphin, Atto 3, and Seal.

Not only presenting superior products, this brand from China also provides the best program in order to provide a sense of security for consumers.

In each purchase of these three models, the company will provide a warranty for six years or 150,000 km for vehicles, eight years or 160,000 km with a State of Health (SoH) of approximately 70 percent for battery traction, and eight years or 150,000 km for its driving unit.

Eagle Zhao, as President Director of PT BYD Motor Indonesia, said that it has conducted regular research globally in measuring the quality of its vehicles so that it can provide the best service for customers.

"Our success in electric vehicles has been achieved by conducting regular global research to measure the life of the EV BYD battery and ensure that our batteries have the best quality that is ready to be used for consumers," Zhao said in an official statement received by VOI, Monday, February 19.

This guarantee is a manifestation of BYD's commitment to providing more after-sales services to meet consumer needs. This program will be presented in several networks of official dealers of the brand spread throughout Indonesia.

BYD's participation in IIMS 2024 is the first and is one of a series of BYD brand and product launch activities in Indonesia.

For the price of a number of models, the manufacturer priced IDR 425 million on Dolphin as an entry-level EV, then Atto 3 worth IDR 515 million, and Seal which started with a tag of IDR 629 million for Premium type and IDR 719 million for Performance.
