JAKARTA - The Aito electric car brand, which is supported by Huawei, is rumored to be updating the M7 (facelift) model again in the second quarter of 2024.

Quoting from the CNevpost page, Tuesday, January 16, the model last got a facelift in September 2023 and was a huge success in the local market.

According to a 36kr local media report, the model that enters the compact SUV segment will feature the family design language on its exterior. However, not much information has been obtained, but considering it hasn't even been a year since it's been a facelift, it's estimated that there hasn't been much change.

Not only the facelift M7 model, according to the same report the refresh also occurred in the M5 Aito SUV which is currently being worked on by the company. Once again, there is no in-depth information regarding this one car refresher.

As additional information, Aito is a premium car brand launched by Seres Group with Huawei on December 2, 2021, and its first model, Aito M5, was launched on December 23, 2021, with deliveries set to begin in March 2022. This one model is available in remote electric vehicle (EREV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV) versions.

On December 26, 2023, Aito officially launched M9, available in EREV and BEV versions at the highest price. Along with M7, M9 will be another major sales driver for Aito.
