Introducing This Is VF Wild, Vinfast Auto's Strong Electric Pickup Concept

JAKARTA - VinFast Auto really takes advantage of the world's largest technology exhibition CES 2024 to introduce its newest products.

In addition to launching VF 3 electric cars globally at this exhibition, the leading Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer also introduced the concept of its newest electric vehicle - VF Wild.

This concept car is VinFast's first attempt in the dual cabin pickup segment, to expand product lineup and encourage sustainable mobility by making smart, safe, and attractive electric vehicles accessible to everyone.

Reported by the company's website, January 10, the VF Wild concept highlights VinFast's innovative efforts to create a pickup with extraordinary performance, aimed at new generation consumers who are looking for environmentally friendly mobility innovations without sacrificing performance and durability.

With an overall length of 5324mm and a width of 1997mm, VF Wild put it in the medium-sized pickup category. Meanwhile, the size of the tub is made flexible. This vehicle combines electric folding mid-gate practicality to provide the leading tub length in its class which is designed to be expanded from 1.5 meters to 2.4 meters with a back seat that is automatically folded, making the Wild VF the largest tub in its segment. The design also integrates the panoramic glass roof and digital rearview mirror to improve aerodynamics.

The VF Wild concept was jointly developed by VinFast and Australian design studio Gomitiv. The design was developed for over 8,000 hours and involved many designers, claimed to have a striking "Fluid Dynamism" aesthetic designed uniquely for the VF Wild concept, inspired by the wind-blown superhero cloak movement.

While the name "Wild" represents "natural forces" and reflects the brand's ethos to penetrate the boundaries and represent a sustainable commitment to a green future for everyone.
