JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz has just introduced GLC43 and GLC63 S E Performance, which is a coupled version of the GLC model with amazing performance.

In terms of design, this car is not much different from the SUV version that was launched some time ago. In fact, the difference lies in the more sloping back, in contrast to the utility version that has a brain shape.

The wild-powered coupe is equipped with an all-wheel drive 4 Matic+ drive system from AMG Performance and a nine-acceleration transmission that supports this car has acceleration capabilities from 0 to 100 km/hour within 3.5 seconds and a maximum speed of 275 km/hour.

This highest variant is also equipped with a 6.1 kWh battery which allows the car to cover a distance of up to 12 km using full electric power when the battery is fully charged.

Then for GLC43, it has the same engine combined with an electric motor generator so that it gets a combined 421 dk and a 500 Nm torque. Together with the 4 Matic AWD driver and the AMG MCT transmission of nine accelerations, it is able to make the entry-level coup have the highest speed of up to 250 km/hour.

Just like the SUV version, the two couple models come with AMG Dynamics technology, which increases electronic stability to provide a free and dynamic driving experience at corners. Driving comfort is also enhanced by the presence of AMG Ride Control which helps cars walk on uneven surfaces

The two new GLC models also have a Sport braking system that helps drivers optimize vehicle braking. In addition, the GLC is also equipped with an AMG exhaust disposal system.

Mercedes has not disclosed the prices and availability of these two models. However, Mercedes-AMG listed GLC43 as a 2024 model and GLC63 S E Performance as a 2025 model.
