Nissan Presents Best Driving Performance With The NISMO Skyline, The Latest Variant Under The NISMO Flag

The puzzle surrounding the latest model under the NISMO flag has finally been resolved. Nissan, Japan's leading automotive manufacturer, officially introduced his newest car, the Skyline NISMO.

This car comes in two variants, namely the NISMO Skyline and the NISMO Limited Skyline, which are specifically aimed at the Japanese market. With the launch of this high-performance car, Nissan has again proven his skills in creating sedans that present an impressive driving experience.

As Nissan Global reported on Tuesday, August 8, this sedan inherited technology and development from Nissan's top performance division, NISMO. The NISMO Skyline has a more sporting and aggressive appearance, so it is ready to face the challenges of racing circuits.

This Skyline comes with the iconic "GT" badge, insisting that this latest model inherits the legacy of the legendary name. The badge is proudly placed on the front fender, giving the driver an exclusive impression.

Like other NISMO models, Skyline is produced through the development of aerodynamic technology and chassis systems that produce resilient and responsive vehicles.

On the front, you can see a bumper design with a touch of sporty, equipped with a bottom grip and stylish fog light. In fact, the front design is a little reminiscent of the NISMO GT-R icon.

To improve performance optimally, the NISMO Skyline is equipped with high-performance tires developed specifically to provide a strong grip and optimal balance. The sedan is also equipped with a 19-inch aluminum rim from Enkei, which is developed exclusively by NISMO to gain a lighter weight.

NISMO also gave this car a special suspension, ensuring its thinness on the road, even on the uneven surface of the road.

The braking system also gets special attention to provide optimal braking and helps control cars. This braking system is also equipped with the ABS feature to shorten braking distance.

Not only that, the engine sector also deserves the spotlight. The NISMO Skyline is powered by a VR30DDTT engine developed by NISMO racing engineers from the Super GT event, so that this machine is capable of generating up to 414 dk of power and 550 Nm of torque.

Like the Fairldy Z NISMO model, Skyline also offers high-power modes, namely "sports" and "sports+" to provide a different driving experience. In addition, the NISMO Skyline is equipped with an automatic transmission of seven accelerations developed by the NISMO division.

For Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) fans and automotive lovers who are interested in this model, they should immediately order. The reason is, Nissan will only produce this sedan in a limited number.

For the NISMO Skyline variant, Nissan will only produce 1,000 units that will enter the market in early September. Meanwhile, the NISMO Limited Skyline variant will be produced by 100 units and is scheduled to be launched in the summer next year.

The NISMO Skyline will be a valuable addition in the car lineup developed by NISMO, having previously successfully launched the high-performance version of the Fairldy Z and GT-R models. The price for this Skyline ranges from 7.8 million yen to 9.4 million yen (equivalent to IDR 837 million to IDR 1 billion).
