JAKARTA - MG Cyberster, the latest electric roadster from Morris Garage (MG), is ready to hit the asphalted track at the prestigious Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023 event.

After reaching the spotlight on the Shanghai Auto Show 2023 in China, MG Cyberster has now returned to its London headquarters. This anticipated roadster is expected to catapult MG's name back into the world of sports car production.

"Cyberster is the answer to the extraordinary enthusiasm that MG has been waiting for. With high-powered electric cars and advanced technology, we will open the door to an exciting future," said Guy Pigounakis, Commercial Director of MG Motor UK with pride on the MG Motor Uk website, Wednesday, June 21.

With a dynamic and captivating design, the MG Cyberster features a red color that steals attention. The long front hood and the big wheels add to the sporty impression.

Not only relying on appearance, Cyberster comes with two electric powertrain options. The first option is a single electric motor with a rear wheel drive (RWD) that produces a power of 310 dk. While the highest choice offers a dual electric motor with all-wheel drive (AWD) which produces an extraordinary power of 536 dk.

MG Cyberster uses lithium-ion batteries as its power source. Although the capacity and distance of a single charge has not been announced by the manufacturer, it is guaranteed that the car's performance will not disappoint.

The British and European people can welcome the arrival of the MG Cyberster in the summer of 2024. The RWD variant is valued at around Rp. 1 billion, while the AWD variant has a price of around Rp. 1.2 billion.
