This condition is considered a nightmare for Indonesia. As a result, Jokowi then issued a new policy. He allows intellectual wealth products such as songs and films as debt guarantees to bank and non-bank financial institutions.

The regulation was presented by Jokowi through Government Regulation (PP) Number 24 of 2022 concerning Creative Economy. Jokowi signed the regulation on July 12, 2022. As a result, all kinds of intellectual works can be used as fresh capital to be able to turn the wheels of the creative industry.

This policy can break the chain of opinion on artists and filmmakers who want to borrow bank money is underestimated. Now, they have access to loans that incidentally can make artists continue to carry out the creative process.

"The government facilitates intellectual property-based financing schemes through bank financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions for creative economy actors. Intellectual property-based financing schemes facilities for creative economy actors are carried out through: a. the use of economic-valued intellectual property; and b. intellectual property assessment," said Article 4 Paragraph 1 of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Creative Economy.

The regulation was welcomed by creative industry players. They consider President Jokowi's move can help artists, musicians, and filmmakers continue to work. As a result, the result, the work can be diverse and idealistic.

Bimbim Slank did not remain silent on July 20, 2022. He also appreciated Jokowi's steps. He emphasized that the idea of making films and songs as loan studies to banks was called brilliant. The idea could have big value. Ernest Prakarsa did not remain silent.
