Putri Nia Daniati Is Suspected Of Being A CPNS Broker, Farhat Abbas: The Sentence Could Be 4 Years In Prison

JAKARTA - Agustin reported that Oivia Nathania, daughter of Nia Daniaty and her husband Rafly N Tilaar for allegedly committing fraud for the recruitment of civil servants. There are 225 people suspected of being victims of Olivia Nathania's fraud. The total loss suffered was estimated at Rp 9.7 billion.

Agustin and the other victims finally made a report to the police. The victim's report is registered with the police number: LP/B/4728/IX/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, September 23, 2021.

According to the victim, Agustin, who claimed to be a school teacher at Oliv, he had spoken to Nia Daniaty about this case. "I conveyed to his mother's brother at the place. I conveyed that this incident was the case, that Oliv recruited this CPNS and so on. Agustin admitted that Nia Daniaty had let go because Olivia had married and was no longer his responsibility.

Yes, I said, 'Yes Ma'am, I'm not asking you to answer, I just asked you to bridge us. Because we contacted Oliv, we couldn't, finally I asked you to bridge us to finish sitting together,'" Agustin said. recalled his meeting with Nia Daniaty.

Meanwhile, Nia's ex-husband, Farhat Abbas, chose neutrality and applied the presumption of innocence. "I saw that this was an incident. The positive thoughts first were the presumption of innocence. Farhat claimed to have communicated with Oli asking him to be responsible for the money given even though some had been returned. "Yes, Oli must be held accountable too, most of it according to him has been returned," said Farhat again.

As a lawyer, Farhat Abbas sees that Oli and related parties will later be charged with article 372 of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 4 years. "If the article seems to be 372 of the Criminal Code, the sentence will be at most 4 years in prison," concluded Farhat.
