Anneth Reveals The Contents Of The Film Soundtrack Are Her Goals

JAKARTA - The young singer, Anneth Delliecia, was appointed by producer Melly Goeslaw to perform the song Bakti. This song is the official soundtrack for the 1947 film Cadet which will be released this year.

Anneth said she was proud and happy to be involved in this project. He admitted that Melly Goeslaw's songs were never bad.

“Excellent. There is no song made by Melly that isn't good," said Anneth on Wednesday, September 22.

Melly Goeslaw explained that he wanted the song Bakti to be performed by a young person who could express the content of the film in sound form.

“I think young people need to be told they have something. If we have love, have the will, we can certainly do it,” said Melly Goeslaw. The opportunity was accepted by Anneth, who still took the time to record in the midst of her busy schedule.

Having a career since 2019, Anneth has a desire to bring a soundtrack, especially to be produced by reliable musicians like Melly Goeslaw.

“This is one of Anneth's dreams. They want to sing a grand national anthem, but young people can still enjoy it and it's not too oldish. I've always wanted to, "explained Anneth.

The song Bakti also has an element of nationalism but is wrapped with Anneth's typical pop. This instrument is also done with Anto Hoed as A&R and husband of Melly Goeslaw.

“The song belongs to Melly. My job is to collect the stories that Melly teas make into music so that they become patriotic,” said Anto Hoed. Melly even forbade Anto Hoed to watch the 1947 film Cadet.

Meanwhile Melly and Anneth have watched the movie. They feel happy because of a film like this. The released music video also features Anneth with the 1947 Cadet cast.

"Tired but very exciting with the extraordinary cast," said Anneth.

The music video and song Bakti from Anneth Delliecia can now be listened to digitally starting today, September 23.
