Ferry Irawan Drops Triple Divorce In First Divorce Trial With Anggi Novita

JAKARTA - The trial for Anggi Novita's divorce suit against Ferry Irawan was held for the first time, Thursday, August 26. As if he had agreed, Ferry Irawan immediately gave his wife three divorces at their first divorce trial.

"Earlier, my client immediately said the third divorce to the panel of judges. The judge said, 'I received information from Ferry's brother, but this procedural law must still be carried out,'" said Ferry Irawan's attorney, Lapana Saragih at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday (26/26/2020). 8).

Ferry Irawan himself revealed the reason for immediately dropping three divorces because he wanted the divorce to be completed immediately so that he could focus on treatment for his recovery.

"Yes, because actually I was supposed to be receiving treatment today, but finally it was rescheduled to Monday. And I think I've heard a lot of talk (Anggia's side) too," said Ferry Irawan.

As a husband, Ferry Irawan feels that his pride is no longer in the eyes of his wife. Therefore he feels there is no reason to maintain his household.

"It means that it is his right from the other side to talk about what kind of me I am, so what I think," added Ferry Irawan.

The third divorce decision has also gone through a long process of discussion with his legal counsel. Considering his health and his relationship with Anggia Novita so far, separation was considered the best choice.

However, the panel of judges could not grant this directly because Anggia as the plaintiff was not present at the hearing scheduled for mediation today. Ferry Irawan had to wait for Anggia Novita's presence at the second trial scheduled for September 2, 2021.
