Sehun EXO 'Jajah' Big Screen Film Through Pirates 2

JAKARTA - EXO Sehun will explore the world of acting by playing in the film Pirates 2. The youngest member of the EXO group is rumored to be appearing in a film directed by Kim Jung Hoon.

“Many actors auditioned for this role. Oh Sehun (Sehun's real name) is one of the names chosen from the list, ”reported from Naver, Tuesday, June 16.

Pirates 2 is a sequel to the film The Pirates which was released in 2014. The first film stars Son Ye Jin, Kim Nam Gil, Sulli and many others. Reportedly, the second part of the film will feature Kang Haneul, Han Hyo Joo, Lee Kwangsoo, Kwon Sangwoo, Chae Soobin, and others.

Sehun will play a pirate who has the ability to shoot archery. For his role in Pirates 2, Sehun will professionally learn arrows before starting the production process.

Making his big screen debut, Sehun previously acted through the web-drama series EXO Next Door as himself. After that, in 2018, he became the main character in the web-film, Dokgo Rewind.

Sehun became the umpteenth member who tried out the world of acting. Previously, there were DO, Chanyeol, Suho, and Xiumin who have had careers in the film industry. The What a Life singer will be busy with all activities after several EXO members undergo military service.

Besides preparing for his role, Sehun is also in the process of recording for the debut comeback of EXO-SC, a sub unit formed with EXO's Chanyeol. The plan is that they will comeback in July. After that, he will be shooting for Pirates 2 at the end of July.
