JAKARTA - Amanda Manopo's mother passed away, Sunday, July 25. The news of Henny Manopo's passing was first revealed through the upload of the manager, Ricco Richardo, via Instagram Story. He reveals that Amanda's mother is finally at peace in heaven after several days of battling her illness.

Henny Manopo was exposed to COVID-19 and was getting worse. 14 days of self-isolation, finally rushed to the hospital and entered the ICU. Henny Manopo turned out to have a congenital disease that made his condition worse.

"Because of COVID and there is a congenital disease of diabetes that causes blood clots to the brain and causes a coma," explained Ricco Ricardo, Amanda Manopo's manager.

Losing her mother was certainly a blow for Amanda Manopo. Amanda Manopo via Instagram story wrote a sentence for her beloved mother. Today, Monday, July 26, Amanda Manopo's mother will be buried in the San Diego Hills cemetery, Karawang, West Java.

“Hi Mom, yesterday and today may be a tough day for people who love you very much. It's very hard for Manda, Mom. But now you don't have to feel sick anymore, you don't have to worry, Amanda, Angel, Dadi will take care of each other, so you don't have to worry, Mom," wrote Amanda Manopo via Amandamanopo's InstaStory, Monday, July 26 in the morning.

Amanda Manopo praises her mother who has been very great for the family. Amanda is also grateful that her mother's upbringing, Henny Manopo Lugue, made her patient and strong.

“Thank you for being such a great mother and wife and always fighting. Thank you for making Manda patient and strong as she is now. I'll see you there, wait for Amanda, mom," said Amanda, the star of the soap opera Ikatan Cinta.
