Former ART Erin Wartia, Hera BAP Related to Alleged Abuse Case, Bring CCTV Evidence

JAKARTA - The legal process related to the dispute between the Herawati party represented by lawyer Deolipa Yumara and Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin continues to roll. Today, Herawati as the party concerned came to the South Jakarta Metro Police to carry out the Agenda of the Examination Report (BAP).

Deolipa Yumara confirmed that their presence today was to meet the call of the investigators. He explained that the status of this case had entered the stage of further investigation.

"The agenda is BAP, Ms. Hera, this is the agenda. The South Jakarta Police call, BAP investigation of Ms. Hera. Yes, Ms. Hera, yes?" said Deolipa Yumara at the South Jakarta Police, Thursday, July 9.

Not only Herawati, Deolipa revealed that there were other witnesses who were also scheduled to provide testimony before investigators on the same day.

"So this morning, Ms. Hera, later this afternoon, Ms. Niya. But Ms. Niya is still on the way, that's it," continued Deolipa Yumara.

When asked about the preparation and completeness of the file, Deolipa ensured that his party did not come empty-handed. He showed that a number of evidence had been prepared in the bag to be handed over to the police.

"There, in the bag. Where's the bag? Here, here. Oh there, yes there. So there are evidence, we'll take it," said Deolipa.

Regarding the type of evidence submitted, Deolipa said that there were no striking new evidence findings. They are still focusing on strengthening the evidence that has been collected since the beginning of the report.

"Yes, this is just old evidence. CCTV, then several (other evidence)," he explained briefly to the media.

Herawati herself seemed calm when entering the police station. When asked about his hopes for this case, which has risen to the investigation stage, he chose to give a diplomatic answer.

"Yes, just follow the legal process," said Herawati briefly.
