Erin Reveals Former ART Had Posted a Photo of a Child Wearing Underwear

JAKARTA - Erin Anthony again expressed her deep disappointment with her former ART, Herawati, who was considered to have violated the privacy of her children. Herawati was caught uploading photos of Erin's sons, Dio and Kenzy, to social media without permission with narratives or captions that were considered inappropriate.

"He took a photo without permission from his daughter, Mrs. Erin. Here it says 'Oh, sweet police, Kenzy didn't take a photo in 2022'. This former ART sister has uploaded a family photo without the host's permission and this can be included in the ITE element," said Erin's legal team, Adlina Amalia in the Senayan area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, May 21.

Erin explained that one of her children, Dio, is actually a very closed figure and does not like cameras. However, Herawati actually took a photo of Dio secretly through the window and uploaded it to social media.

"My number one child is anti-camera. He (Herawati) knows that Dio doesn't like cameras, but why does he take pictures through the window in the back? Then he posted it on his Facebook. It means there has been a violation of privacy," said Erin.

Even what made Erin more angry was when Herawati uploaded a narrative about her children's daily lives in the house which was very personal and embarrassing if it was known to the public.

"The caption is very embarrassing. He said 'My son, Mr. Haji Andre, God bless you, he's so handsome, what if he wears pants at home, a long-sleeved shirt'. This content is only wearing pants and a long-sleeved shirt at home, aren't you an ART like that? It's our privacy," said Erin.

Erin said that her children were very angry when they found out about it. Especially Dio who felt that his rights as an individual in his own home had been violated for the sake of social media content.

"My son was angry, 'Oh my god this is my privacy'. Regarding children, they are very angry, especially Dio. They patiently apologize because of cases like this, you are asked by your grandparents. Dio himself was angry at that time," he said.

Adlina Amalia added that H's actions could not be taken lightly because they were ongoing. According to him, the position of ART should protect the employer's shame, not spread it.

"This former ART not only uploaded once, it is continuous like a habit. Here is the spread of shame. Outside the house, no one will know if this person does not upload with such a shameful language," added Adlina.

Until now, the photos have reportedly been deleted, but Erin's party has stored all digital evidence for reporting purposes to the police.

"It seems to have been taken down. I'm also confused why it can. So it seems like my child knows that he finally got angry. That's the realm of privacy, especially the rooms, bathroom photos, all the children's rooms are all videoed," concluded Erin.
