Sheila Dara's grief at Vidi Aldiano's funeral, wearing her husband's favorite color

JAKARTA - Sheila Dara, the wife of Vidi Aldiano, released the departure of her beloved husband who was buried at the Tanah Kusir TPU, South Jakarta, Sunday morning. She seemed to be trying to be strong before her soul mate was buried.

Starting at around 8:00 WIB, the funeral process took place in a solemn manner in the presence of family, relatives, and a number of celebrity colleagues who came to pay their last respects.

The rain that fell quite heavily since morning did not slow down the steps of the mourners who filled the cemetery area.

Sheila Dara was accompanied by close family members throughout the funeral procession. She wore a blue dress, which is said to be Vidi's favorite color, with a pasmina wrap that is also dark blue and a black face mask.

Citing an ANTARA report on March 8, the funeral procession lasted about two hours, ending at around 10.00 WIB. The main actor of the film "Sore: Wife from the Future" left the cemetery area and did not comment to the media who had been waiting around the location.

With tight security from family and security personnel, he immediately left the cemetery area to a vehicle that had been prepared.

A number of local celebrities were also seen at the location to pay their last respects to Vidi Aldiano, some of whom were Afgan, Bunga Citra Lestari, Vincent Rompies, Enzy Storia, and many more.

Deddy Corbuzier also came in all black clothes, accompanied by his two children, Azka and Nada. They had the opportunity to plant flowers on the tomb of the "Nuansa Bening" singer.

Several other figures were also present such as Habib Ja'far, Nadin Amizah, Keanu, Fadil Jaidi, to Anya Geraldine.

They arrived since morning to convey prayers and support to the families left behind.

Vidi Aldiano died on Saturday, March 7 at 16.33 WIB after several years of fighting against the kidney cancer he suffered. He died at the age of 35.

The departure of Vidi, who was nicknamed the Ambassador of Friendship by his friends, left a deep sadness for his family, friends, and fans throughout Indonesia.
