JAKARTA - Enjoying quality coffee in the midst of the capital's busy schedule now has a new standard. It's no longer about waiting for the barista to brew manually, but about how technology can keep coffee fresh in seconds.

Innovation Behind the Tap System (Tap System) Tanamera Coffee has just introduced a draft system that allows a glass of coffee to be served in less than 10 seconds. However, this speed does not come instantly. Behind it, there is an in-depth research for 1.5 years to ensure that the taste and texture of the coffee remains consistent even though it comes out of the piping system.

General Manager of Tanamera Coffee, Rangga Hady Tama, said that this step was a response to the dynamics of big cities.

"We want coffee that can follow the fast phase, especially in Jakarta. Fast, but still fresh, smooth, and effortless," said Rangga when met at the Blok M Supermarket outlet, Friday, February 13.

Cold Even Without Ice

Unlike carbonated soft drinks, this system uses a special gas designed to highlight the original character of the coffee beans. The result? A soft foam texture and the emergence of natural sweetness without the need for much added sweetener.

Interestingly, all variants are served without ice cubes. This ensures consumers get the full volume of coffee and the taste does not become bland over time.

Tanamera offers three variants of its flagship cold brew: Black: the main favorite (40% of sales), signifying the trend of consumers who are starting to switch to authentic and low-sugar tastes. Then there's White: For lovers of soft milk coffee. And Caramel: for those who want a unique sweet taste.

This taste character is born from the combination of selected coffee beans from Aceh, Toraja, and Bali, creating the right balance in every sip.

After being successful through a trial in Singapore last year, this draft system began to expand into Jakarta, starting from the Blok M Supermarket outlet. In the future, Tanamera plans to bring this concept to various new outlets in Jakarta and Java, even through a pop-up concept in the office area.
