Agency Confirms Kim Seon Ho Had Founded His Own Company, Here's the Explanation

JAKARTA - Fantagio agency released a new statement regarding Kim Seon Ho who is said to have established a separate individual company from his agency. Previously, the actor was said to have created a company to avoid paying taxes which amount to more than personal income tax.

Fantagio had stated that the company created by Kim Seon Ho was intended to take care of his theater activities. Now, they are giving explanations regarding several points related to taxes and companies.

"Kim Seon Ho established a corporation in January 2024 for acting and theater production careers. Kim Seon Ho realized that a one-person company could be misleading so he closed down operations," Fantagio said on Wednesday, February 4.

"For more than a year, he has not been involved in any activities through the company," he said.

Even though they are handling Cha Eun Woo's case, they stated that they did not know about the company. Kim Seon Ho only joined Fantagio in early 2025.

"Fantagio and Kim Seon Ho paid the actor directly since the exclusive contract began in February 2025. We want to make it clear that Fantagio has no relationship with the company mentioned in the making process or activities," the agency said.

"As a preventive measure, he (Kim Seon Ho) has returned the company's vehicles, family salaries, card transaction traces. For the specified amount, he has returned all individual tax income. The company is in the process of closing and will be completed soon," the agency said again.

Kim Seon Ho still feels guilty for the mistakes in the establishment of the company, so he still apologizes for causing sentiments in front of the public.

"Actor Kim Seon Ho reflected on his actions in creating a company and managing it for over a year without understanding its operations. We bow our heads in apology," the agency said.

"We also apologize for the confusion this has caused and we will do our best to monitor the activities of our actors in the future, thank you," Fantagio concluded.
