JAKARTA - Celebrity Jonathan Frizzy alias Ijonk received a Conditional Leave (CB) program by the Directorate General of Corrections (Ditjenpas). They assessed that Ijonk had fulfilled all the necessary requirements.

Head of the Cooperation Sub Directorate of the Directorate General of Social Services, Rika Aprianti, explained that CB is a conditional right that can be obtained by every binaan citizen, without exception.

One of the main requirements to be able to get this program is to follow the coaching program well while in prison.

"Among other things, the requirements that must be met are to follow the training program well," said Rika at his office, Wednesday, January 6.

In addition, a resident must also show a change in behavior towards a more positive direction.

"Showing a decrease in risk, not committing violations," he continued.

With the issuance of the Conditional Leave Decree, this indicates that Jonathan Frizzy has been judged to have behaved well during his sentence.

"What is certain is that the person concerned is considered to have followed the training well," said Rika.

Of the total 8 months of imprisonment he must serve, Ijonk has been in prison for 6 months. This duration has met the minimum requirements to be proposed for an integration program.

"The punishment is 8 months. Meanwhile, the residents are required to undergo a minimum of 6 months," explained Rika.

Therefore, the "discount" of the sentence he received through this Conditional Leave program is for 2 months.
