Arman Armano And Bubah Alfian Express Great Developments In The Artist Makeup World

JAKARTA - The peak night of the Arman Armano Makeup Awards (AAMA) 2025 will be held at the Sasana Kriya Grand Ballroom, TMII, East Jakarta on Thursday, November 4.

Arman Armano, the main figure behind the awards ceremony for this artist's makeup, expressed his satisfaction with what the team had done.

Thousands of participants involved from the audition stage, are proof that the makeup artist as a profession has far developed and is increasingly in demand.

For example, Arman revealed, where one of the participants who attended the 2025 AAMA, initially worked as a doctor, but is currently active as a perias.

"In the room there was someone who greeted me and Sisxih (made up artist and jury), it turned out that when she was a brid, a few years ago, Ms. My brother was makeup-in her. And she is a doctor, who now stops being a doctor and becomes a makeup artist," Arman told the media crew on the sidelines of the AAMA 2025 peak night.

"And there are so many who are indeed professional professions, which in the end turn to makeup artists. That's a lot," added Arman.

Bubah Alfian, makeup artist who is also a judge in this event, is also happy with the great talent of the 2025 AAMA participants.

According to the Kaaba, the AAMA event which has been held six times must receive appreciation. The reason is, many talents have received the spotlight after appearing in this event, especially those who come out as winners.

"I can be said to be one of the artist makeup that maybe can be called Indonesian representatives to go abroad, like to Paris, Cannes, or New York," said Bubah. And I want one day, friends who were born from this event, even friends here, can go there too. Can bring and make Indonesia proud.

Meanwhile, the 2025 AAMA Awards were attended by thousands of MUAs from all over Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua, through an online audition process that lasted for several months. After going through a long and strict selection process, 167 best finalists were selected who appeared on the Grand Final stage with national production standards.

The top three trophies were introduced this year: AAMA ICON as the highest and overall winner, AAMA RISING STAR as the finalist with the highest voting points, and AAMA CREATIVE CONTENT as the finalist with the best creative content work.

This year's jury ranks include Arman Armano, Bubah Alfian, Bennu Sorumba, Anpa Suha, Adi Rustana,men Hariman, Dewi Tian, and Olis Herawati.
