Mediation Fails In Total, Nikita Mirzani And Reza Gladys Are Ready To Play At The Bottom Of The Case

JAKARTA - The mediation effort between Nikita Mirzani and Doctor Reza Gladys in the lawsuit against the law (PMH) has officially reached a dead end. Both parties agreed to declare mediation a failure or deadlock, ensuring their feud would continue into the next round.

Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Marulitua Sianturi, confirmed that the signing of the mediation report failed.

"Today we have carried out, namely the last mediation ... this mediation failed, yes," he said at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, December 2.

On the other hand, Reza Gladys's legal team also welcomed this deadlock decision. According to them, since the beginning of mediation, it was impossible to achieve it because the lawsuit filed was considered strange.

"We also have the principle from the start that it is impossible for this to be achieved by mediation. Why? The lawsuit is strange," said Surya Batubara, Reza Gladys's attorney.

With the failure of mediation, this case will soon enter the main examination stage of the case. The next trial is scheduled to be held within the next one to two weeks.

Nikita Mirzani's side firmly stated that he would not withdraw his lawsuit this time.

"Not withdrawing. Definitely not. We continue to gas. We continue to fight," said Usman Lawara, Nikita's legal team.

In line with that, Reza Gladys also expressed her readiness to "fight" in court.

"This means that we will fight later in court," said Darsono Edo, Reza's team of attorneys.

The two camps are now preparing to compete with each other for evidence and witnesses before the panel of judges. They will prove who actually did an unlawful act in this case.
