Attending The Divorce Session In The Sad Period, Raisa Affirms Her Serious Participation From Hamish Daud

Singer Raisa Andriana showed her toughness by being present at the trial for her divorce from Hamish Daud at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

His presence was quite surprising, considering that he and his extended family were still in mourning after the death of his mother on Saturday, November 29.

Raisa's attorney, Putra Lubis, revealed that his client's presence at today's trial was sudden. He himself did not expect Raisa to be willing to attend in the midst of the mourning period that was still surrounding.

"Indeed, today with conditions still mourning, I also did not expect that the person concerned would be willing to attend," said Putra Lubis via video connection, Monday, December 1.

According to Putra, Raisa's presence before the panel of judges aims to provide direct confirmation of the lawsuit he filed. The judge only verified a few basic things.

"First confirming the identity. Then, is it true to file a lawsuit? The last one verified whether it was really represented by a lawyer?" explained Putra.

Raisa also answered "true" to all these questions, which effectively strengthened her seriousness in separating.

Lubis' son admitted that he did not know for sure Raisa's consideration to stay present. He only received brief information that his client was willing to come to court.

"If the consideration is that he finally wants to attend, I also don't know. Because I knew it was only informed 'I want to be present'," he said.

After giving a brief confirmation in the courtroom, Raisa immediately left the court. His presence today is considered sufficient to meet the needs of the trial.

Raisa's tough attitude in attending the trial in the midst of grief shows how determined she is to complete the divorce process in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
