Betrayed By Own Employees, Fuji Loses Billions From Endorsement

JAKARTA - content creator Fujianti Utami Putri, or who is familiarly called Fuji, is again faced with severe trials. He had to swallow bitter pills when he learned that several of his trusted employees were suspected of embezzling billions of rupiah of funds.

Fuji's mother, Dewi Zuharti, revealed how devastated the princess was by this incident. Fuji's disappointment was not only due to material losses, but because of betrayal from the people he had treated like family.

The public knows Fuji as a very loyal and kind figure to his team. He did not hesitate to give expensive gifts such as luxury earphones to a group of money as a form of appreciation.

"For example, he got a bonus, he was given a birthday present. All of the friends were given gifts to him," said Dewi Zuharti at the Rumpi No Secret event, Monday, December 1.

H. Faisal, Fuji's father, added that his daughter treats employees like a brother. "If he... 'Car, I want to go home.' Yes, you are already using a car," he said.

However, this kindness was actually rewarded with betrayal. The most painful thing for Fuji was when he discovered the existence of a secret chat group where his employees vilified him.

"In the group there is another group, ugifying him. Even though he was cut by himself (by them). So that's where he was very disappointed," continued Dewi Zuharti.

Fuji's case of embezzlement of funds was apparently not carried out by one person, but by a gang of 2 to 3 employees. They worked together systematically to undermine Fuji's income from endorsement work.

Dewi Zuharti, revealed the modus operandi used by the perpetrators. The brain of this gang is Fuji's personal assistant who is tasked with accepting endorsement offers.

"Yes, the modus operandi is that the first one who is his assistant has accepted the endorsement. So he doesn't eat alone," explained Dewi Zuharti.

The payment money from the client did not go directly to Fuji's account. The main perpetrator actually transferred it to the personal account he made, then divided it into his gang-mates.

"Later, TF (transfer) will come here, TF will come here. 'Nih is divided like this, divided like this'," he continued.

In this way, Fuji's work that should have become Fuji's income was actually enjoyed by the perpetrators without his knowledge. "That one does not go into Fuji's account," said Dewi.

As a result of this mode, Fuji's total loss is estimated at billions of rupiah. "Yes, billions. Even that is still not open, actually," said H. Faisal.

Ironically, a similar disaster did not only happen to Fuji. H. Faisal revealed that his second son, Frans Faisal, had also recently experienced an incident similar to his employees.

"This is my son, Frans. It's from his employee. Just now, just now," said H. Faisal.

This successive incident has been a major blow to H. Faisal's family. They must now be more vigilant and tighten the surveillance system in every business they run.
