JAKARTA - As a tangible manifestation of the presentation of the 80th Indonesian Independence Day last August, commemorating the month of respect for Indonesian heroes, Keana Production proudly presented a work of art of monumental performances, Monovplay Melati Pertiwi: Moving on the History of National Travel', - which tells the heroic and inspiring story of six Indonesian National Women's Heroes from across generations, namely: SK Trimurti, Nyi Ageng Serang, Ratu Kalinyamat, Rasuna Said, Christina Martha Tiahahu, and Admiral Malahayati.

The Monoplay Melati Pertiwi is designed as a cohesive full performance, highlighting the narrative of the struggle that is often unsolved from the brave women who make up the nation's history, where the story of one figure and another is related to each other, forming a big narrative about the resilience, intelligence, and sacrifice of Indonesian women in building the nation.

The production of this monoplay was produced by actress and producer Marcella Zalianty and directed by Wawan Sofwan. Melati Pertiwi's Monoplay will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at the Jakarta Arts Building with two performance sessions at 16.00 WIB and 19.30 WIB.

As an initiator and producer, Marcella Zalianty in her speech emphasized Keina Production's commitment to presenting performance artwork that is not only entertaining, but also has deep values and is relevant to social conditions. For me, Melati Pertiwi is a very personal as well as universal project. The story explores the strengths of female heroes, inner struggles, and the meaning of identity in the midst of times of pressure. Through this monoplay, we want to bring the audience on a deep introspection journey.

Monoplay director Melati Pertiwi, Wawan Sofwan said, "We are not just recounting the biography, but dismantling the soul of each character. Each of these heroes will speak directly to the audience, bringing them into decisive crucial moments. We will use stage elements, multimedia, and of course, intense acting to create a theater experience that we hope will not be forgotten."

After going through an in-depth curation process, Keina Production announced six actresses and singers who will be involved in the Monplay Melati Pertiwi: Climbing the History of National Travel, namely: Isyana Sarasvati as SK Trimurti, Maudy Koesnaedi as Nyi Ageng Serang, Tika Brivani as Rasuna Said, Hana Malasan as Queen of Kalinyamat, Marcella Zalianty as Admiral of Malahayati, and Glory as Christina Martha Tiahahu.

For Isyana Sarasvati, who plays the role of SK Trimurti, "It is an extraordinary honor to be able to play SK Trimurti, a tireless journalist and warrior. Her enthusiasm in voicing the truth through writing reminds me of the power of music and words as a tool to convey messages and raise enthusiasm.
