"From Usaid bin Hudlair radliallahu anhum; there was someone from the Anshar who said; 'O Messenger of Allah, shouldn't you employ me as you have employed so-and-so?'. He replied: 'As long as I am, you will find the attitudes of utsrah (individualism, egoism, self-centered people). So be patient until you meet me at the well al-Haudl (in heaven).'" (HR. Bukhari)

The reward of the patient is Paradise.

From Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah, may He be exalted, says: What is the reward of my believing slave when I take a sip from his family, then he only aspires to Paradise."

"From Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah shallallahu alaihi wasallam said: 'Allah Ta'ala said: There is no appropriate response on My part for My servant who believes, if I take away the life of the one he loves in the world, then he is willing and patient except for heaven.'" (HR. Bukhari).
