Failed To Agree On Peaceful Rates, Nikita Mirzani And Reza Gladys Scheduled To Meet Face-to-face Next Week

JAKARTA After tough negotiations between the legal team reached a dead end, the mediation process for the alleged act against the law between Nikita Mirzani and Reza Gladys will enter the deciding round.

The two are scheduled to meet face-to-face in a causal mediation session next week, to be precise on November 25, 2025.

This meeting became a mandatory agenda after Nikita's Rp200 billion peace proposal was rejected and responded with a demand of Rp504 billion from Reza Gladys's side. The presence of the principals (the litigants) became crucial to determine the fate of peace.

"Next week is the mediation presenting the principals of the plaintiffs and defendants in the causal process," said Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Marulitua Sianturi at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 18.

Marulitua emphasized his party's commitment to presenting Nikita Mirzani, although he had to go through a fairly complicated administrative process to the High Court given Nikita's status.

"We are committed to respecting his name PERMA 1 of 2016. The principal must attend and we ensure that God willing, we will attend," he said.

When asked about his client's readiness, Marulitua said that Nikita Mirzani was very ready and relaxed to face the meeting. "Oh, ready, very ready," he said.

Reza Gladys's side also welcomed this agenda and hoped that the meeting would allow Nikita's side to agree to their demands.

"We are sure that if the plaintiffs, Nikita and Mae, come to attend next week, maybe the 304 M will be granted back for us," said Surya Batubara.

The meeting on November 25 will be a decisive moment. If both parties still do not find a common ground, mediation will be officially declared a failure and the case will proceed to the main trial stage in court.
