Adele Will Debut Acting Through Tom Ford's New Film

JAKARTA - Singer Adele will venture into the world of acting. He is said to be one of the players in director Tom Ford's latest film, Cry to Heaven.

This film is an adaptation of the Anne Rice novel which was released in 1982. The story is set in Italy in the 18th century which tells the story of two men with different backgrounds and is interconnected.

Adele will compete acting with Nicholas Hoult, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ciar total Hinds, George MacKay, Mark Strong, Colin Firm, Paul Bettany, Owen Cooper, Daniel Quinn-Teye.

In addition there are Hunter Schafer, Josephine Thiesen, Thandiwe Newton, Theodore Pellerin, total McCormack, Cassian Bilton, Hauk Hannenmann and Lux Pascal.

A line of players is entering pre-production taking place in London and Rome before filming in January next year. The film is also planned to air in 2026.

Tom Ford is reportedly financing its own production, but is only looking for a production house after filming.

Tom Ford, known as a legend in the fashion world, began to penetrate the world of film in 2009 through the film A Single Man.

Adele, who has a career as a singer, has sung various hits, and decided to take a break from the music scene after the inauguration in Las Vegas.

"I don't have any plans about music, I want to take a big break and I think I want to do other creative things," Adele said in 2024.
