Married At Age 17, Alvin Faiz And Larissa Chou Divorced In Year Five

JAKARTA - Alvin Faiz and Larissa Chou decided to divorce after five years of marriage. When married on August 6, 2016, Alvin is the son of Ustaz Arifin Ilham was only 17 years old. The breakup news was confirmed via their second Instagram.

Through his Instagram, Alvin Faiz announced their decision to part ways nicely. Alvin also denied there were issues of polygamy and domestic violence that were the reasons for the divorce.

However, he did not elaborate further on why. Alvin insists they will focus on the future of the baby, Yusuf.

After Alvin explains, Larissa Chou also announces their separation via her personal Instagram. Larissa Chou writes that she has forgiven and thanked her husband for his five years of marriage.

"Learn to forgive, learn to accept the mistakes of others and also the mistakes of yourself... because the step will feel heavy if you do not understand the meaning of sincere .... We will always support each other, I've forgiven... Thank you for all @alvin_411 Friday 21 May , 03.30 -Larissa-", Larissa Chou wrote on her Instagram.

Larissa admits she has no regrets about getting married at a young age. She chose to take life lessons and move on.

"Let's step on each other even though it's different... Five years has been this journey. accompanied the man from the age of 17 years. there are so many memories, lessons and experiences from this wedding journey there is no regret for what happened today, because life is how we move forward. make the past as a shaper of this self stronger and learn", she explained again.

Thursday, May 20, 2021, Larissa Chou has filed for divorce against Alvin Faiz. The divorce lawsuit was submitted to the Cibinong Religious Court. Their trial schedule is not yet out.
