Fadli expressed his appreciation for Romania's support for Indonesia's candidacy as a member of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICSICH) for the 2026 '2030 period. Indonesia, said Fadli, also provides mutual support for Romania's candidacy on the same committee. This support reflects the trust and spirit of a strong partnership in maintaining the world's intangible cultural heritage," he stressed.

The Romanian Ambassador reiterated the plan of the Cultural Gala titled Living Traditions: UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Bulgaria and Romania which displays the richness of Eastern European culture as well as strengthens Indonesia's cultural relations. It also opens up opportunities for signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of culture and emphasizes the importance of strengthening people-to-people contact.

Meanwhile, the Bulgarian Ambassador highlighted the wealth of his country's history, including ancient sites over 8,000 years of age and amphitheaters that UNESCO has recognized.

In response, Fadli welcomed Indonesia's cultural collaboration plan with the European Union, referring to the success of similar cooperation with Latin America through the GNI Cultural Festival. He also stated that Indonesia's readiness to fully support the implementation of the Cultural Gala on October 30, 2025, including the possibility of displaying Indonesian cultural performances as a symbol of friendship.

In addition, Fadli highlighted the opportunity for exhibition cooperation at the Bulgarian National Gallery which will feature a collection of Indonesian arts, as Astari Rasjid's Ambassador has done. He also informed the plan to organize the second CHANDI next year.
