TNI Confirmed Detainment Of Alleged Perpetrator Of Assault On Zaskia Adya Mecca's Employee

JAKARTA - The Head of Information for the Regional Military Command (Kapendam), Lieutenant Colonel Czi Anto Indriyanto, confirmed that one of his personnel is suspected of being the perpetrator of the assault on celebrity employee Zaskia Adya Mecca, FS, also known as Faisal.

Lt. Col. Czi Anto Indriyanto confirmed that the assault stemmed from a dispute between a TNI member and Faisal.

"It is true that a TNI member assaulted Mr. FS, which began with a traffic dispute between the two," said Lt. Col. Czi Anto Indriyanto in a written statement on Thursday, September 25.

Furthermore, Lt. Col. Czi Anto Indriyanto stated that the TNI member has been detained at Denpom Jaya-2. His office has also requested information from relevant parties to complete the case.

"The person in question is currently being held at Denpom Jaya-2 for further processing, including questioning related parties as witnesses during the incident," continued Lieutenant Colonel Czi Anto Indriyanto.

Lt. Col. Czi Anto Indriyanto's team is also continuing to communicate with both parties to find a solution to this case.

"The communication process between both parties, as a form of responsibility in addition to the legal process, is also being carried out by the relevant unit," said Lieutenant Colonel Czi Anto Indriyanto.

Once the investigation is complete, Lieutenant Colonel Czi Anto Indriyanto will provide an update.

"We will provide further updates based on the results of the comprehensive investigation currently underway," he concluded.
