Black Panther Present At Madame Tussauds Museum Opening

JAKARTA - Marvel's hero Black Panther will be displayed at London's Madame Tussauds Museum and become the latest collection ahead of the museum's reopening.

The king of Wakanda Country was shown wearing a Black Panther costume and accompanied by a "vibranium" effect that makes the costume purple when touched by visitors.

Black Panther figures join "Marvel's Hall of Heroes" as part of the attraction starting Monday, May 17.

Earlier, Madame Tussauds Museum reportedly moved a figure of Prince Harry and his wife from the Royal Family area to the Awards Party Zone.

This was done following the departure of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle leaving their family in England and eventually settling in Los Angeles.

The figure was joined by famous Hollywood actresses and actors such as Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, Tom Hardy, and was also able to accompany visitors walking the red carpet during a visit to the zone.

"So there are indeed some interactive attractions added in this new area. We also have one of the areas that allow visitors to join and collect an award", General Manager of the London Madame Tussauds Museum was quoted as saying by Reuters on Saturday.

In addition to the red carpet zone, the latest feature that allows Madame Tussauds visitors to be more interactive is the phone feature.

"We also have a traditional London phone box theme that is red. Later visitors can enter the box and call some of their celebrity friends by pressing the party button and they will be surprised by the little surprise", Tim said.
