Carissa Perusset Perdana 'Culted' For Advanced Film Serem Resigns Horror

JAKARTA - Carissa Perusset premiered in acting comedy in the latest film, Maju Serem Resigns Horror. Through this film, she plays Tiara, a female lead for short films worked on by final semester students.

Carissa shared her experiences in a comedy where she co-starred with comedians. Although at first it was awkward, he enjoyed the days on set.

"Every day there are non-stops and they sometimes like to improve dialogue. When they are relaxed, sit down, they must have jokes, but that's what makes the atmosphere not too serious," said Carissa Perusset to VOI on Thursday, September 18.

In addition, there is one scene in this film where Carissa undergoes the scene for the first time. He felt nervous because he never lived it.

"There's a scene I'm buried. So I really went into the hole," said Carissa Perusset.

"But there was a crew who helped, only I got into the hole for the first time. And I also had a screening scene," he continued.

The film Maju Serem Mundur Horror tells the story of four final semester students who want to complete their final task of making films. Then, they recruit their female friends but they experience various challenges and horror in their creation.

The film Maju Serem Mundur Horror will be released in Indonesian cinemas starting October 23, 2025.
