Park Hyung Sik Denies Agency Paid 4 Billion Per Episode For Twelve Drama

JAKARTA - Park Hyung Sik's agency, REVE Entertainment released a rebuttal statement after a report stated that the actor was paid 400 million won or equivalent to IDR 4 billion for each episode in the Korean drama Twelve.

Twelve is a Korean drama with eight episodes that tells of 12 creatures living in the human world to protect humans from evil spirits. Park Hyung Sik plays Ogui.

Tuesday, September 16, Dispatch reported that Park Hyung Sik was paid 400 million Won for each episode in the drama Twelve.

A day later, REVE Entertainment released a rebuttal to the report. They denied all the numbers mentioned.

"From the initial report about Doctor Slump to Twelve's latest drama, Park Hyung Sik's pay figures circulating in the media are not in accordance with the facts," REVE Entertainment said on Wednesday, September 17.

"We are releasing an official statement as inaccurate news is not considered a fact," he continued.

Instead of mentioning the numbers, they made sure Park Hyung Sik was dedicated in his work as an actor for the dramas he played.

"Actor Park Hyung Sik joins every project with dedication and sincerity. We will be very grateful for his future support," he said.

Twelve is the second drama starring Park Hyung Sik this year. He is also preparing for his latest drama, Decerado.
