Jonathan Frizzy Denies Tofu Vape Contains Etomade, Calls Just Notified By Police

TANGERANG - The trial of vape cases containing Etomade substances has heated up again with arguments between the two defendants, Jonathan Frizzy alias Ijonk and Evan Darma Saputra.

During the trial, Jonathan Frizzy firmly denied knowing the content of Etomade in the vape from the start. He admitted that he only knew the term from the police.

In front of the panel of judges, Jonathan Frizzy was given the opportunity to ask Evan Darma Saputra directly, another defendant in this case.

Ijonk stated that he and other witnesses only found out about Etomade during the Investigation Report (BAP) process at the police.

"Allow, Your Honor. Eh, Bro Evan. When Erna and Bahrul were questioned at the BAP at the Polsek with Mr. Kasat Michael, there he just explained that 'do you know whether this is an ethomide or not?', 'I don't know', right. They explained that this is an ethodite," said Jonathan Frizzy during the trial, Wednesday, September 10.

Jonathan then questioned Evan, asking when he was told about the content of the prohibited substance.

"Now I want to ask you, Bro, when do you tell me that this is an ethodidate?" asked Jonathan Frizzy.

Evan Darma Saputra gave a surprising answer, stating that he had informed Ijonk since they first tried the vape. Suddenly, Jonathan Frizzy strongly denies Evan's statement.

"This is the first time we have tried it," said Evan Darma Saputra.

"Nothing. Just found out the words 'ethodite' is from the police. Those are words from the police," said Jonathan Frizzy.

Furthermore, the actor who is familiarly called Ijonk emphasized that Evan always convinced him that the vape was safe and not prohibited. This is what makes him confident in using it.

"Evan never said that it was an ethomide, even Evan always convinced me from the start until he said there were police and there were friends at BNN that this was not a prohibited item, not a hard drug, and not a drug. That's why it's safe," continued Jonathan Frizzy.

In addition to denying knowing the content of Etoidate, Jonathan Frizzy also denied the large number of exchange cartridge buying and selling transactions with Evan.

"I also never ordered 30 cartridges and there was no buy agreement. There was no bargaining," said Jonathan Frizzy again.

Mediating the debate, the presiding judge then asked for firmness from Evan Darma Saputra regarding his testimony.

"Okay, enough. Do you stick to your statement or Brother?" asked the presiding judge.

Steady, Evan Darma Saputra did not change his statement. "I stick to my statement," Evan replied.

Previously, witness Evan Darma Saputra said that he had told Ijonk that the vape contained an ethomide, and even denied that it contained drugs.

"When you explained the ethodidate earlier, did you not explain that this is safe or is this not drugs?" asked Jonathan Frizzy's legal adviser.

"I had explained, indeed to my knowledge this is not drugs, sir," said Evan Darma Saputra

"And Ijonk had time to ask, 'What is this?', I did know it was an ethomide, medicine, anesthetic drug and only from there I explained to Ijonk, this is an anesthetic, not drugs," he concluded.
