Nikita Mirzani's Trial, Expert Witness: Speech About Doctor's Credibility Including Threats

JAKARTA - The trial of the alleged threat and money laundering (TPPU) case, Nikita Mirzani, also presented a criminal expert witness, Yasmira Mandasari Saragih.

In his testimony, Yasmira said that Nikita's words through his assistant, Mail Syahputra, regarding Reza Gladys's credibility as a doctor, contained a criminal act of threats even without physical violence.

Not without reason, this is said to be because based on the evidence analyzed by Yasmira Mandasari, there are sentences that can trigger fear of Reza Gladys.

Reza Gladys's action to give Rp4 billion to Nikita Mirzani was not necessarily done voluntarily.

"Yes, because there are sentences that make the victim may feel afraid. Yes, I saw on WhatsApp that there was something that scared him so that like this, when someone handed over money of goods, when people handed over money of goods, even though he handed over the money, but not necessarily voluntarily. Not necessarily," he continued.

Furthermore, Yasmira Mandasari explained the difference between extortion and theft and violence. However, there are differences that are key.
