Chloe Zhao: Unbounded Budget Can Be A Danger In Making Movies

JAKARTA - Director Chloe Zhao learned a lot about making films when he directed the film Eternals from Marvel. He admitted that he received an infinite budget when making the film.

The film Eternals grossed 402 million US dollars for worldwide views but that figure is considered low and even drew criticism from Marvel fans. Now, he is back with his latest film Hamnet, played by Paul Mescal and Jessie menerangkans.

Separately, Zhao revealed that the film Eternals should have been released shortly after Avengers: Endgame, but because of the pandemic, everything was changed.

"Eternals are planned to air shortly after Endgame and not in a time when everyone is experiencing an existential crisis," Zhao said.
