Attorney Confirms Vape Contains Unproven Hard Drugs Belonging To Jonathan Frizzy

TANGERANG - The mystery about who the original owner of the cartridge vape that ensnared Jonathan Frizzy (Ijonk) is still rolling.

His attorney, Lamgok Heryanto Silalahi, made a counter assumption that said there was a possibility that the item belonged to his assistant, Erna, as part of a strategy to reveal the real facts at trial.

Responding to the wild assumption that Ijonk is a seller because of the large number of goods, Lamgok tried to reverse the logic.

"Yes, actually... Yes, so we are not here yet. We are talking about Ijonk's stuff or whoever it is. What is clear is that I'm going back. Okay, let's not go wild," said Lamgok Heryanto Silalahi at the Tangerang District Court, Tuesday, August 26.

Lamgok tried to provide another point of view regarding the ownership of the cartridge vape which could be owned by other defendants, namely Erna and Bahrun.

"This is also one assumption. It could also be that this is Erna's item, but Erna is not power lacking to tell the protocol, 'Bang Ijonk please tell him to go there.' It can be like that," he explained.

However, he emphasized that currently there is no conclusion regarding the ownership of the evidence.

"That's why this is part of our strategy to reveal how the real facts are, you know. So now it's not, it's not there yet, it can't be concluded that this is Ijonj's property, this is whoever it is, it doesn't exist yet," he concluded.
