JAKARTA - In recent years, generation Z or gene Z has entered the world of work. However, gen Z in the world of work often reaps the spotlight and criticism of the above generation such as millennials, which often causes cooperation not to run smoothly.

Regarding this, Raditya Dika and Nicholas Saputra, who are millennials, said that there are tips to cooperate with Gen Z in the office.

Raditya Dika who is a writer, director, and YouTuber has his own team, which is filled with gen Z. To cooperate with gen Z, he reminded that open and mutual trust interactions are needed.

Meanwhile, Nicholas Saputra said that cross-generation collaboration is very important. This is because every generation lives and experiences different events, so collaboration can provide the best results.

"The most important thing is how to collaborate, because one generation itself always lives with the generations under and above, in order to create a good sociality," said Nicholas Saputra.

Not only that, the film star Ada Apa Dengan Cinta also said that cross-generation collaboration was built by understanding each other's desires, with an approach of empathy and openness, including regarding self-criticism.
