Cake Shop Is Suddenly Closed, Ashanty Experiences Stress Until She Visits Psychiatrists

JAKARTA - Behind the big decision to close the Lumiere cake business, Ashanty apparently harbors a heavy psychological burden.

This mother of four admitted that she had great stress that had an impact on her mental health and was at risk of sacrificing her ongoing education. Ashanty revealed that this business polemic put her at its lowest point.

"If I stress, I ... I'm really getting mentally hit like this," admitted Ashanty in the South Jakarta area, Tuesday, August 5.

The pressure was so intense that it disturbed his sleep for weeks.

"In the first two weeks yesterday I couldn't sleep," he continued.

This situation forced him to seek professional help. Ashanty did not hesitate to admit that she had consulted an expert to restore her condition.

"But now because he has been to a psychiatrist, thank God he can (sleep)," he explained.

Ashanty's toughest burden is a must to choose a priority between reviving her business or focusing on her education, which has entered the research stage. The doctor even gave her firm advice.

"'Select, if you really want to keep Lumiere you, all of you go down again... must be sacrificed, you can't do it both'. That's what made me really down," recalled Ashanty.

This problem also has an impact on the doctoral study he is currently undergoing. He felt left behind from his team members.

"The impact now should be that people are already in, my friends who are in my rank, have research, I haven't moved at all," he concluded in a tone of surrender.
