JAKARTA - Oki Rengga is again the main character in the latest film produced by E Komik Film, entitled So Tuh Barang. He will compete with Dicky Difie, Steven Wongso, Arafah Rianti, to Beby Tsabina.
Kemal Palevi as the director said the character played by Oki in this film would be very different from what had been shown in previous films.
"Oki is usually really funny, here he is really romantic. Oki will play drama, upset, angry, and cry. I want to see Oki Rengga who is different, just here," said Kemal during a press conference in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Saturday, August 2.
Oki himself admitted that the toughest challenge in carrying out his role was acting in scenes that demand romance.
"The challenge this time is some romantic scenes with Beby Tsabina," said Oki.
Oki also experienced acting with Beby for the first time. The man who started his career from the stand-up comedy stage did not deny that he was nervous.
"I'm just trying to be friendly with Beby, I don't know if he's happy with my hospitality or not," he said. It's just time, we're just trying to joke, let everything get disbursed.
