Jennie Joins Spotify's Former Label For Promotion To America

JAKARTA - BLACKPINK's Jennie joins the label Alta Music Group, a label founded by Spotify employee Jeremy Elrich. This label will operate for Jennie's promotion in the United States solo.

Reportedly, this collaboration was realized this month even though the conversation about this label had already taken place on July 24.

Jennie became the first solo artist to join Alta. Even so, Alta only manages the soloist's promotion, but she is still at Odd Atelier's auspices, the label Jennie founded after leaving YG Entetrainment.

Alta Music Group is a label working on management, a recording that also works with an independent distributor Sony called The Orchard.

They are also working with the label from Seoul, The Black Label founded by Teddy Park who is the producer for BLACKPINK.

Jeremy Elrich's experience working with Jennie began when he connected BLACKPINK to promotions in the United States.

"With Alta, we had the opportunity to do that, the best team focused on artists and music made," Jeremy Elrich said in a statement.

Jennie left YG Entertainment but still belongs to the BLACKPINK group contract. He manages solo activities and his business through Odd Atelier.

On the other hand, Jennie and BLACKPINK members are undergoing a global DEADLINE tour which will be present in Indonesia on November 1-2, 2025.
