Nikita Mirzani And Reza Gladys Kompak Absen, Session Of The Wanpresation Case Postponed

JAKARTA - The trial of the Wanprestasi case that Nikita Mirzani sent to Reza Gladys was again held at the South Jakarta District Court with a mediation agenda.

Unfortunately, Nikita Mirzani and Reza Gladys, who were supposed to attend, were united and were only represented by their respective attorneys, so the mediator judge decided to postpone the mediation until July 1.

"Earlier it was decided to meet on July 1, 2025, on the day it remains Tuesday. On Tuesday it will be reunited for the trial where Nikita Mirzani and Ismail Marzuki must attend and the defendant one defendant two must attend July 1, 2025," said Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's attorney at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, June 19.

Fahmi said that previously he asked for mediation to be carried out in conjunction with Nikita Mirzani's criminal trial on June 24, however, Reza Gladys was unable to attend until she was finally postponed.

"But, the defendant party because he had a need where he had to submit the documents to investigators at the PMJ Ditreskrimsus regarding the reports of the victims of four people related to skincare. So in the end they couldn't go to trial on the 24th," said Fahmi.

"You have to attend, because Nikita must be present because she is required to be presented for a criminal case. That's why I ask that the same day be possible to make it easier than I send another letter asking for a decision from the court," said Fahmi.

"So at the same time Nikita came to attend as a defendant and at the same time he was present as the principal of a civil default case," he said.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani filed a default lawsuit against doctor Reza Gladys. The lawsuit was registered at the South Jakarta District Court on May 16, 2025. The lawsuit is registered with number 489/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.SEL.

Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Ismail Marzuki, are listed as plaintiffs. Meanwhile, Reza Gladys and her husband, dr. Attaubah Mufid, became the defendants.

Then the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT Bumi Parama Wisesa became defendants.

In the lawsuit, Nikita Mirzani asked the panel of judges to state that the cooperation agreement for reviewing skincare products between Nikita and Reza Gladys was legal and legally binding.

The agreement itself runs from November 19, 2024 to November 19, 2025. The contents of the agreement are asking Nikita to provide a good review of Reza's skincare products.

With this agreement, Reza's report against Nikita and his assistant is a form of default. Nikita asked Reza to be punished for his actions.
