Nurra Duata Admits He Almost Collapsed His Head Because Of Character Lakoni In The Film Match 3 Bujang

JAKARTA - Actor Nurra Dukata is trusted to be one of the players in the latest film for the Starvision production house entitled Match 3 Bujang which takes the story from the Bugis tribe's wedding culture aka Makassar.

Nurra, who plays Rifa, admitted that she was very difficult to get stress into her character in this film.

"Peran sebagai Rifa di sini, be honest ini adalah karakter aku yang paling saya mau jemasukkan kepala banget banget," ujar Nurra Djau di kawasan Kemang, Jakarta Selatan, Kamis, 12 Juni.

Because for Nurra, in this film, not only must understand the culture raised in the film but also Rifa's character which is very contrary to it.

"Actually, this is a bit different, a challenge in this character, apart from language like what friends say and culture that must be learned and more than Rifa's own character is very unable to enter me," he said.

"The way her mind goes, the way she thinks, the decisions she makes, she and my own human beings are really very difficult, it takes time to adjust that to me," continued Nurra Dukata.

Although it is difficult to get into this character, Nurra finally tried to do this with a lot of discussions with the director, Arfan Sabran.

"In the end, there can only be one because I want to be as strong as I think what he has to do as a human being. In the end, I will accept that there is and try to understand from the perspective of people who really understand this, Mr. Arfan," explained Nurra.

"But I do, I mean as a person I really agree with and I feel like I can really, I have the ability to understand and really empathize with everyone in this world," he continued.

Even Nurra is willing to ignore her ego sense that can't accept Rifa's character in order to be professional in playing in this film.

"And Rifa is like the first person I really like, 'Girl, I don't get you at all, please' So, it might chat with Pak Arfan and Sis Jourdy," said Nurra.

"At that time OK I put aside my ego as Nurra and it was really the one (to accept) even though it was really hard, and it was tough," he concluded.
