Some Of The Defendants Were Not Present, Nikita Mirzani's Wanpresation Session Against Reza Gladys Was Postponed

JAKARTA - The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court has postponed the trial of the default case filed by Nikita Mirzani against Reza Gladys.

This delay was due to representatives from the defendant who had not been present at the trial.

"The defendant one has not been present to the Indonesian National Police. The Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia as the defendant two has not yet been present. Our trial has been postponed and we will continue on Wednesday, June 11, 2025," said the panel of judges at the trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, May 28.

On this occasion, the panel of judges conveyed that the defendants in the case were the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General, and PT Bumi Parama Wisesa.

With the postponement of this first trial, the panel of judges hopes that in the next trial the defendants can also attend.

"The order to the principal to make a summons to the defendant one, the defendant two, and the defendant three. The parties who attended were no longer summoned until the official notification of the trial was completed and closed," concluded the panel of judges.

On another occasion, Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fahmi Bachmid, explained that the lawsuit filed by Nikita Mirzani was his party's effort in asking for protection and Nikita could get her rights.

"We are following the process again. The important thing is that friends understand everything about why Nikita filed this lawsuit, Nikita, asked for protection from the honorable court, asked for protection from the noble attorney general, I know I have this problem," said Fahmi Bachmid.

"In my opinion, this is not a criminal issue, this in my opinion is a matter of breaking promises, having an agreement verbally and so on," he concluded.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani filed a lawsuit against doctor Reza Gladys. The lawsuit was registered at the South Jakarta District Court on May 16, 2025. The lawsuit is registered with number 489/Pdt.G/2025/PN JKT.SEL. Nikita filed a lawsuit through her attorney, Fahmi Bachmid.

Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Ismail Marzuki, are listed as plaintiffs. Meanwhile, Reza Gladys and her husband, dr. Attaubah Mufid, became the defendants.

Then the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT Bumi Parama Wisesa became defendants.

In the lawsuit, Nikita Mirzani asked the panel of judges to declare that the cooperation agreement to review the product of skincare between Nikita and Reza Gladys is legal and legally binding.

The agreement itself runs from November 19, 2024 to November 19, 2025. The contents of the agreement are asking Nikita to provide a good review of Reza's skincare products.

With this agreement, Reza's report against Nikita and his assistant is a form of default. Nikita asked Reza to be punished for his actions.
