The House Was Demolished By The Cibinong District Court Without A Letter, Atalarik Syach: Not Humane!

JAKARTA - On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the Cibinong District Court carried out the execution of the demolition of Atalarik Syach's house. Atalarik admitted that he did not receive the previous notification letter and felt the action was carried out without a clear legal process.

Senior actor Atalarik Syach expressed his disappointment and sadness over the recent process of house execution.

He said the process was carried out suddenly without any clear written notification, so it did not give him enough time to prepare.

"It's just that the execution agenda is really inhumane, because it is impromptu, there is no piece of paper," explained Atalarik Syach in the Cibinong area, Bogor, Thursday, May 15.

"Yesterday there was an admission of Mr. RW, suddenly he entered me two days before the incident, entered, checked, came out again on a bicycle, I was also confused why that was, suddenly this incident happened," he said.

He felt that the authorities did not show good faith in providing him or space to save important items, such as daily necessities of life.

"If he is a village employee, why don't you leave him with him, there is a RT, Mr. RW, a piece of paper to at least be able to move my rice priuk to a more appropriate place, but I don't get time for that all," he said.

In a state of surrender, Atalarik likens this experience to a big loss that makes him submit to God, even though he will still fight for his rights legally.

"I think this is like death, surrender is the same as the power, but I still fight for my eastern affairs, where else do I want to move after? I opened a developer whose house can move around a lot," said Atalarik Syach.

He also emphasized that the house was not only where he lived, but also inhabited by his family for years.

"From 2003 he lived here, this is where the children live, all nephews are also, there is my sister, my brother is there," he explained.

Although some of his houses have been executed, Atalarik chose to stay in an area that is still safe and has not been hit by evictions.

"Stay here. Meanwhile, there is a safe garage where there are parts that are not subject to execution, so all the items in the house there are moving here," he concluded.
