Officially Divorced From Fachry Albar, Renata Kusmanto Demands IDR 50 Million Children's Nafkah Every Month

JAKARTA The household of the celebrity couple Renata Kusmanto and Fachry Albar officially ended after the Trigaraksa Religious Court decided on the lawsuit filed by Renata. This divorce process has been running online through the e-court system and was decided by verstek, or without the defendant's presence.

"For the lawsuit divorce case between Renata Kusmanto and Fachry Albar, it was registered with register number 702/PDTG/2025/PAtiganaksa dated January 23, 2025, on an e-court basis. Then it was decided on February 13, 2025 with verstek," said Public Relations of the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Ummi Azma at her office, Tuesday, May 6.

In the decision, the court granted custody of their two children to Renata Kusmanto. Meanwhile, Fachry Albar is required to continue to support his children with the minimum number that has been determined by the court.

"For this divorce case, the child custody is determined to the plaintiff, that is, Renata Kusmanto as her biological mother and sentenced the defendant to give her two children a living, a minimum of Rp. 50 million each month," explained Ummi Azma.

There is no dispute over shared assets in this case, so the main focus of the lawsuit is only on custody and child support.

"For other demands, there is no Gono property like this. It's just child custody and a child support lawsuit," he continued.

This case has now been declared legally binding. Divorce certificates have also been accepted by related parties.

"For this case, it has permanent legal force and the divorce certificate has been received," explained Ummi Azma.

Fachry Albar did not file a fight against the lawsuit, making the court's decision a final.

"There was no resistance or verstek from Fachry Albar," he concluded.
