Andre Taulany Returns To Divorce Lawsuit Against Erin

JAKARTA - Andre Taulany has filed for divorce again against his wife Rien Wartia Trigina alias Erin Taulany at the Tigaraksa Religious Court (PA). This was confirmed by the Public Relations of PA Tigaraksa, Ummi Azma. Ummi said that Andre Taulany this time handed down a divorce divorce from Erin.

"For the Andre Taulany case, he has filed a new case, namely between Andre Taulany, he who filed for this divorce case," said Ummi Azma at PA Tigaraksa, Monday, May 5.

Both Andre and Erin have both appointed legal counsel to help preserve their divorce trial.

"So the husband proposed. So Andre Taulany who proposed by giving power to Ahmad Fauzi, SH against Rien Wartia Trigina gave power to Yakup Putra Hasibuan, SH, LMM, and friends," he continued.

This case itself has been registered by Andre Taulany since April 9 online, aka e-court.

"This case has been registered on an e-court basis with number 1673/PDTG/2025/PAThreeraksa on April 9, 2025," explained Ummi Azma.

Ummi also explained that Andre and Erin had undergone a mediation trial and the two were present during the process.

"For this case, it has been mediated because Andre and his wife were present at the trial," he concluded.

Previously, Andre Taulany's divorce suit was rejected by the panel of judges because the argument that there were disputes and quarrels with Erin was not proven at trial.

"The results of the verdict are number 1668 / PDTG / 2024 / PA Tigaraksa divorce case Andreas Taulany as the applicant against Rien Wartia Trigina as the respondent. The panel of judges rejected the applicant's application," said Ummi Azma at her office, Tuesday, September 24.

Ummi Azma explained that the rejection of Andre Taulany's divorce suit was not proven to have continuous disputes and quarrels as he said.

"According to the legal consideration of the panel of judges, the petitioners' arguments stating that there were continuous disputes and quarrels between the applicant and the respondent were not proven," explained Ummi Azma.
