Baim Wong Files An Appeal Against His Divorce With Paula Verhoeven

JAKARTA Fahmi Bachmid's lawyer said that his client, Baim Wong, officially filed an appeal against the court's decision in a divorce case with Paula Verhoeven.

"I also received a mandate because there are parties who have filed an appeal, so we will also file an appeal," said Fahmi Bachmid in the Mampang area, South Jakarta, Tuesday, April 29.

"Because I must also use this right as mandated in the law. So it is possible that both parties will file an appeal like this. Both are appeals," he continued.

Fahmi also confirmed that his party had officially taken the step. "We represent the applicant (Baim) who also filed a legal action against Appeal today. Like that," he said.

Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of following the legal process calmly and without debating the rights of each party.

"So, both of them use the rights given by law to file an appeal. Let it run, there is no need for us to debate," said Fahmi.

Closing his statement, Fahmi highlighted the importance of respecting the court's decision that had been made with thorough consideration.

"What is clear is that the decision exists. Legal considerations exist. Everything is in a 121-page decision. 121 pages consist of court facts, consisting of evidence, consisting of witnesses, consisting of experts. Concluded, considered, proven, nusyuz," he concluded.
