Debut Becomes Author, Reza Rahadian Grateful Not To Meet Many Challenges

JAKARTA The famous actor Reza Rahadian revealed his experience in writing the book he recently published. On an occasion in the Palmerah area, West Jakarta, Reza said that the process of writing the book was not foreign to him, because he had been used to writing for a long time.

"Alhamdulillah, I frankly do not find difficulties in my sense that I am quite familiar with writing, it means that I wrote the journal from 2006, the first time I wrote a journal, in 2004 or even," said Reza.

However, according to him, this time the book felt different emotionally because it was about people who had paved the way in their life journey.

"So, the writing process I am quite ordinary, expressing my thoughts through words, but this book has a different meaning, because this book is about them paving the way," he continued.

To write it down, Reza admitted that he had to dig back memory and reflect on who played an important role in his life.

"So I recall who the individuals are and that to be able to remember I have to reflect on it again, oh yes, what has this journey been, what have you ever been, who have you met," said Reza.

Although admitting his work may not be perfect, he still tries to pour out all his memories and finish the book in a relatively short time.

"Of course there is no perfect work. Maybe something was missed but I tried my best to remember who everyone was and that was what made this book born. The writing process was 2.5 months," he concluded.

Reza Rahadian will release his first book entitled Mereka Yang Pertama sebagai salah satu perayaan 20 tahun ia berkarya di dunia film Indonesia.
