He prefers the term weight release over weight loss, because he does not want to cause negative pressure or impact on his fans.
"When I started exercising for mental health to balance mental health and endorphins, so I wouldn't look at myself in the mirror and feel embarrassed or disgusted by myself. My sports changed my mindset, not mine," Lizzo said.

"After testing and research, I found that animal protein has more energy, loses weight, and helps reduce mental fog," he said.
Despite this, Lizzo still appreciates vegan diet.
"I believe that vegan diet is still the healthiest, and one day I want to be a raw vegan with alkali diet," he explained.
"But for now, this is the diet that you eat to reach your heart and makes me feel comfortable with your body," he added.
5. Afternoon
In the afternoon, Lizzo brewed tea herself with a mixture offeroce fruit. He prefers to make it at home to avoid additional preservatives and chemicals. This tea is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, as well as good for digestion and calming the body.
6. Dinner
For dinner, Lizzo chooses a healthy and filling menu, such as grilled chicken, asparagus, and boiled or roasted carrots.
