"When Kim Sae Ron uploaded a photo of himself and Kim Soo Hyun together, he received a call within minutes. They said, 'Let's finish this and handle it well,' so he deleted the photos,' continued Kwon Young Chan. However, after deleting the photos, the problem didn't stop. The real problem is that the second law notification arrived the next day. Kim Sae Ron was scheduled to move on February 18, but he died before that. The second law notice came as he was in the process of a move," he said. The legal threat received by Kim Sae Ron relates to his uploads in social media and the potential impact on Queen of Tears dramas.

"The notification contained threats, which stated that if he uploaded such photos again on social media, contacted anyone from the agency, or if the drama 'Queen of Tears' suffered losses due to these photos, he would be financially responsible for the full number," he added.

The amount of financial demands that Kim Sae Ron has to bear is said to be very large for him. "For Kim Sae Ron, 700 million KRW (or Rp. 7.8 billion) is an inconceivable amount, but for an agency, it is the amount they can choose to wait for. Instead, they pressure him to immediately send money or face legal action," he said.
